Direct answer
Cresio is workflow and publishing software, not a broker or investment adviser. Operators remain responsible for the content they publish, the promises they make, and the compliance obligations tied to their channels.
These Terms govern access to Cresio, the operator workspace, public proof pages, subscription flows, and related APIs. By using the product, you agree to these Terms and to the related Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and use the service lawfully in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for account credentials, connected delivery endpoints, and all activity that happens under your workspace unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
Cresio is workflow, research, proof, and publishing software. It is not a broker, exchange, custodian, investment adviser, or fiduciary. Any market analysis, predictions, or simulated trading outputs are informational tools and do not constitute financial advice or a promise of performance.
You remain solely responsible for every signal, publication, subscriber promise, trading decision, and compliance obligation tied to your workspace. Human review, risk controls, and commercial claims remain your responsibility even when the platform automates parts of the workflow.
If you publish signals, proof pages, or channel copy, you confirm that you have the right to publish that content and that it does not violate law, platform rules, intellectual property rights, or the rights of third parties. We may remove content or suspend accounts that create material legal, trust, or safety risk.
Paid access, premium channel pricing, and any subscription entitlements are subject to the pricing and plan details displayed at the time of purchase. Charges, taxes, billing cadence, and entitlement scope may differ by channel or environment. Refund treatment is governed by the Refund Policy.
You may not use the service to mislead users, manipulate proof records, evade platform safeguards, scrape protected data, attack infrastructure, publish unlawful material, or interfere with other users. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access to protect the service and its users.
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, reputation damage, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
