Direct answer
Cresio stores the data required to run a workspace, public proof pages, and subscription flows. It deliberately separates internal workspace data from intentionally public proof and commercial surfaces.
We collect account information, workspace settings, connected distribution endpoints, public proof content, subscription and billing records, analytics events, and usage telemetry needed to operate the product. We may also process market-data context and simulated trading records tied to your workspace.
We use this information to authenticate users, run the workspace, power proof and subscribe pages, calculate performance and simulation metrics, support billing and entitlements, secure the platform, and improve product quality.
Some data is intentionally public, such as published proof pages, signal records made visible by the operator, and commercial performance surfaces designed for subscribers or prospects. Other workspace data remains internal unless you explicitly publish or share it.
We may rely on third-party services for authentication, hosting, market data, analytics, notifications, and payment workflows. Those providers process data according to their own terms and policies while acting as part of the service stack.
We use essential cookies and local storage for authentication, session continuity, product preferences, and public-session tracking on proof and subscribe pages. We may also use limited analytics tooling to understand product usage and improve the experience.
We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service, keep proof and billing records, investigate abuse, and meet legal obligations. We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
You can update workspace settings, channel copy, pricing, endpoints, and many other controls inside the product. If you need help with account access, deletion, or data handling requests, contact support through the service or your account contact path.
The platform includes analysis, prediction, proof, and paper-trading surfaces. These features are informational software tools, not financial advice, and they do not guarantee outcomes. You remain responsible for trading, publication, and commercial decisions.
